护理康复锻炼对胫骨平台骨折心理状态及疼痛评分的影响

Effect of nursing rehabilitation exercise on psychological state and pain score of patients with tibial plateau fracture

目的:分析应用多元化护理康复锻炼对胫骨平台骨折患者心理状态及疼痛评分的影响。方法:收治胫骨平台骨折患者130例,按照不同护理方案分为两组,各65例。对照组应用常规护理;观察组应用多元化护理康复锻炼。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组抑郁、焦虑评分及疼痛评分均低于对照组,膝关节功能评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胫骨平台骨折患者应用多元化护理康复锻炼,有利于改善患者不良心理状态,减轻疼痛,且恢复膝关节功能,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To analyze the effect of multiple nursing rehabilitation exercise on psychological state and pain score of patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods:130 patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing plans with 65 cases in each group.Control group provided conventional nursing.Observation group provided multiple nursing rehabilitation exercise.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of depression,anxiety and pain in the observation group were lower than the control group,the scores of knee joint function were higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was also lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multiple nursing rehabilitation exercise for patients with tibial plateau fracture is conducive to improve patient's adverse psychological state,alleviate pain,restore knee joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
