摘要
目的:分析品管圈活动在提高住院患者结肠镜检查肠道准备合格率中的效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年2月实施肠镜检查患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组实施常规肠道检查准备;观察组在常规肠道检查准备基础上增加品管圈管理活动。比较两组肠道准备合格率、目标达成率和进步率。结果:观察组肠道准备合格率明显优于对照组,且目标达成率和进步率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结肠镜检查患者实施品管圈活动,可有效提升肠道准备合格率,圈员素质水平明显提升,实现更高的目标达成率和进步率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the qualified rate of intestinal preparation by colonoscopy in hospitalized patients.Methods:From August 2018 to February 2019,50 patients who underwent colonoscopy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 patients in each group.The control group was prepared for conventional intestinal examination.The observation group added quality control circle management activities on the basis of routine intestinal examination preparation.Intestinal preparation qualified rate,target achievement rate and progress rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The intestinal preparation qualified rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the target achievement rate and progress rate were both higher than the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thequality control circle activities for patients with colonoscopy can effectively improve the qualified rate of intestinal preparation,and significantly improve the quality level of the circle staff,so as to achieve higher target achievement rate and progress rate.
