摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)于1982年被国外专家培养出,是革兰阴性、微需氧的细菌,生存于胃部及十二指肠的各区域内,其会引起胃黏膜轻微的慢性发炎,甚至会导致胃及十二指肠溃疡与胃癌。HP感染会引起消化性溃疡、胃癌等疾病。临床上针对这类疾病会采取抗生素治疗,但因抗生素耐药性问题越来越严重,临床上也越来越重视HP耐药机制的研究。本次研究重点探究Hp耐药机制现状。 Helicobacter pylori(Hp)was cultured by foreign experts in 1982,it is a gram-negative,microaerophilic bacterium,living in various regions of the stomach and duodenum.It can cause mild chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa,or even lead to gastric and duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer.Hp infection can cause peptic ulcer,gastric cancer and other diseases.In clinic,antibiotics will be used to treat such diseases,However,due to the more and more serious problem of antibiotic resistance,more and more attention has been paid to the study of the mechanism of drug resistance of Hp.This study focuses on the current situation of drug resistance mechanism of Hp.
