微创拔牙对阻生齿拔除的影响

Influence of minimally invasive extraction on extraction of impacted teeth

目的:探究微创拔牙对阻生齿拔除的影响。方法:2018年11月-2019年11月收治阻生齿患者92例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各46例。对照组采取传统手术方式治疗;观察组采取微创拔牙技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、拔牙窝完整性、张口受限程度及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对阻生齿拔除患者采取微创拔牙技术治疗,可缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the influence of minimally invasive extraction on extraction of impacted teeth.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,92 patients with impacted tooth were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups of 46 cases in each.The control group was treated by traditional operation.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive extraction technology.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,the integrity of extraction socket,the degree of mouth opening limitation and the incidence of complications were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with impacted tooth extraction,minimally invasive extraction can shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
