缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension

目的:研究缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治老年原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为两组。研究组给予缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗;对照组给予缬沙坦治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗8周后治疗总有效率、血压水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压,可以有效控制患者血压水平,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly people with primary hypertension.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,120 elderly patients with primary hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide and the control group was treated with valsartan.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and blood pressure level of study group were better than control group after 8 weeks of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide can effectively control the blood pressure level and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of elderly patients with primary hypertension.
