恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化效果分析

Effect analysis of entecavir combined with Biejiajian Pill in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的:分析恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化效果。方法:选择2018年12月—2019年10月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的88例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各44例患者,对照组患者接受恩替卡韦治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受鳖甲煎丸治疗,记录两组患者的总有效率;肝功能指标:总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT);肝纤维化指标:透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ),并比较两组间以及治疗前后有无差异。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。疗前两组患者TBIL、ALT比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过90 d的治疗后,两组患者TBIL、ALT低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者TBIL、ALT低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者HA、LN、PCⅢ比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过90 d的治疗后,两组患者HA、LN、PCⅢ低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者HA、LN、PCⅢ低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:乙型肝炎肝硬化患者接受恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗,能够有效改善患者的肝功能和肝纤维化症状,值得被推广、应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of entecavir combined with Biejiajian pill on hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:88 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to October 2019 were included in this study.All patients were divided into 2 groups by odd-even grouping method,44 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received entecavir treatment,while patients in the observation group received Biejiajian pill treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was recorded;liver function indexes:total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT);liver fibrosis indexes:hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),procollagen type III(PCⅢ),and the differences between the two groups and before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TBIL and ALT between the two groups(P>0.05);after 90 days of treatment,TBIL and ALT of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);TBIL and ALT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ha,LN and PCⅢbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after 90 days of treatment,ha,LN and PCⅢin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);HA,LN and PCⅢin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir combined with Biejiajian Pills can effectively improve the liver function and liver fibrosis symptoms of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
