针灸配合推拿手法治疗74例面神经瘫痪效果分析

Analysis of the effect of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of 74 cases of facial paralysis

目的:探讨针灸配合推拿手法治疗面神经瘫痪的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月本院收治面神经瘫痪患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组采用西医治疗及中医辨证治疗,即地塞米松10 mg+病毒唑15 mg/kg+5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,1次/d,维生素B1100 mg+胞二磷胆碱250 mg+5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,持续治疗7d,同时进行中医辨证治疗。观察组在西医及中医辨证治疗基础上给予针灸联合推拿治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体功能评分、社会功能评分及面部神经功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合推拿手法治疗面神经瘫痪,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on facial paralysis.Methods:from January 2017 to December 2019,74 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups of 37 cases.The Control Group was treated with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,that is,Dexamethasone 10mg+Virazole 15mg/kg+5%glucose injection 250ml,intravenous drip,once a day,vitamin B1100 mg+CITICOLINE 250 mg+5%glucose injection 250 ml intravenous drip,1 time per day,continuous treatment for 7 days,at the same time,dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on the basis of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the body function score,social function score and facial nerve function score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture combined with massage has a significant effect on facial paralysis.
