Objective:To analyze the factors that influencing the positive rate of fiber colonoscopy and guide the clinicians how to improve the accuracy of colonoscopy. Methods:From June 2014 to June 2019,11995 people who had completed fiberoptic colonoscopy were selected, they were grouped by the ages, the intestinal preparations, the detection rate of polyp and anesthesia. The polyp detection rate(PDR)in each group was compared. Results:There were 2157 people in the A group of relatively asymptomatic group, the males'PDR was higher than females',the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the three age groups,as the ages increased, the PDR also increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The PDR was proportional to intestinal preparations, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were 9838 people in the B group of symptomatic group, the PDR showed the same trend as A group of relatively asymptomatic group. Conclusion:In this area, the PDR of males is higher than the females, and it is positively correlated with the ages, cleaning intestinal preparations helps to improve the detection rate of enteroscopy, the trend of relatively asymptomatic population and symptomatic population is consistent. With the increasing incidence of polyps and showing a trend of younger, the colonoscopy of the symptomatic population and the relative asymptomatic population screening is particularly important.
