经会阴二、三维联合超声在检测女性盆底功能障碍患者盆底变化中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经会阴二、三维联合超声在检测女性盆底功能障碍患者盆底变化中的应用价值。方法:2017年3月-2018年4月收治女性盆底功能障碍患者86例,按年龄分为两组,各43例。试验组患者年龄61~74岁;对照组患者年龄21~40岁;均经会阴二、三维联合超声检测。比较两组检查结果。结果:试验组前盆腔膨出距离、直肠下移距离、子宫下移距离、尿道旋转角度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在静息时肛提肌裂孔的面积、周长、前后径和左右径均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经会阴二、三维联合超声在检测女性盆底功能障碍患者盆底变化中有较高的应用价值,该方式能准确看出患者的盆底变化,具有无创客观的特点,且年龄大的患者盆底变化程度大于年龄小的患者。 Objective:To analyze the application value of transperineal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in detecting the changes of pelvic floor in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2018,86 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to age with 43 cases in each group.The age of patients in the test group was 61~74 years old,and that of the control group was 21~40 years old,all of them were examined by perineal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound.The examination results of the two groups were compared.Results:The anterior pelvic distension distance,rectorectal distension distance,uterine distension distance and urethral rotation angle of the test group were all greater than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area,perimeter,anteroposterior diameter and left-right diameter of the levator ani fissure at rest in the test group were larger than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transperineal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound has high application value in detecting the changes of pelvic floor in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.This method can accurately see the changes of pelvic floor in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and has the characteristics of non-invasive objectivity.And the degree of pelvic floor change in older patients is greater than that in younger patients.
