摘要
目的:研究早期肠内营养护理在糖尿病重症脑梗死患者中的应用价值。方法:2018年4月-2019年7月收治糖尿病重症脑梗死患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组采取常规护理模式;观察组采取早期肠内营养护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及营养状况。结果:观察组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及营养状况各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施早期肠内营养护理干预,可有效改善糖尿病重症脑梗死患者营养状况,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To study the application value of early enteral nutrition nursing in diabetic patients with severe cerebral infarction.Methods:From April 2018 to July 2019,78 cases of diabetic patients with severe cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing.The observation group adopted early enteral nutrition nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complication and nutritional status of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications and nutritional status and various of indicator levels of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of early enteral nutrition nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of diabetic patients with severe cerebral infarction and it can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
