脑卒中患者应用神经内科康复护理管理的价值

The value of neurological rehabilitation nursing management on stroke patients

目的:观察神经内科康复护理管理脑卒中患者的临床应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月收治脑卒中患者70例,根据护理措施不同分为两组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预;研究组给予神经内科康复护理管理。比较两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评分及临床指标。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中患者应用神经内科康复护理管理的实际效果显著,患者接受护理后生活质量得到极大提升,且患者对护理人员的满意度明显提高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of neurologicalrehabilitation nursing management on stroke patients.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,70 patients with stroke were enrolled,they were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group according to different nursing measures.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention and the study group was given neurologicalrehabilitation nursing management.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life scores and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse nursing reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group was significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);All clinical indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of neurological rehabilitation nursing management on stroke patients is remarkable,the quality of life of patients has been greatly improved after receiving nursing and the satisfaction of patients to nursing staff has been significantly improved.
