循证护理理念用于脑梗死护理的临床效果研究

The study of the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing concept in nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:观察循证护理理念用于脑梗死护理的临床效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治脑梗死患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上增加循证护理理念。比较两组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将循证护理理念应用于脑梗死患者,能有效提高护理满意度,改善抑郁和焦虑情绪,临床效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing concept for nursing of cerebral infarction.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention.The observation group increased the concept of evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The post-care anxiety,depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the concept of evidence-based nursing to patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,improve depression and anxiety,and the clinical effect is significant.
