摘要
2019年作为全面实施“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0的开篇年,作为全面实现高等教育内涵式发展的攻坚年,对高等院校教育管理工作提出了新的要求。随着我国创新驱动发展战略的不断推进,经济结构不断调整,教育教学改革不断深化,社会各界对人才需求提出了更新、更高的要求。但就目前我国高校教育管理工作的发展现状而言,传统的高校教育管理工作存在着工作效率偏低、教育同质化严重、工作缺乏创新性等问题。基于此,该文首先对我国各高校教育管理工作的发展现状进行阐述,然后探究有助于提高人才培养质量、教学管理效率的教育管理模式,旨在为我国高校教育管理工作更好、更快地发展提供理论依据。
The year of 2019 is the first year for the full implementation of the"Six Excellences and One Top"plan 2.0.As a year for the full realization of the intensive development of higher education,it poses new challenges and brings new opportunities to the educational management of colleges and universities.With the substantive development of the innovation-driven development strategy,the continuous adjustment of economic structure,and the continuous deepening of education and teaching reforms in China,all sectors of society have put forward newer and higher requirements for talents.However,as far as the current situation of the development of educational management in China's colleges and universities is concerned,there are some problems in the traditional educational management of colleges and universities,such as low efficiency of educational management,serious homogeneity of education,and lack of innovation in educational management.Based on this,this paper first reviews the development status of educational management in China's colleges and universities,and then explores the educational management mode that improve the quality of talent training and the efficiency of teaching management,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the better and faster development of educational management in China's colleges and universities.
