“双创”教育视域下的高校众创空间运营模式及建设路径研究

Research on the Operation Mode and Construction Path of College Mass Innovation Space from the Perspective of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education

众创空间作为一种新兴的服务载体,为高校开展创新创业教育带来了新的发展契机。当前我国高校众创空间的发展还处于探索阶段,以高校自建设自运营模式和“高校+企业”共建模式为主。由于没有引入有效的市场机制等原因,部分众创空间的运行效率较低,同质化问题凸显,且大学生的创业项目层次不高,缺少创业导师的扶持。针对以上问题,该研究基于“双创”教育视角提出了理顺管理机制、提升科技成果转化、打造专业化空间以及强化师资队伍等四个方面的众创空间建设路径。

As an emerging service carrier,mass innovation space has brought new opportunities for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges.At present,the development of college innovation space in China is still in the exploratory stage,which is dominated by the self-construction and self-operation mode of colleges,and also the co-construction mode of college and enterprise.Due to the lack of effective market mechanism and other reasons,the operation efficiency of some mass innovation spaces is low.The problem of homogeneity is prominent,and the level of entrepreneurship projects of college students is not so high with the lack of support from entrepreneurship mentors.This study puts forward four construction paths of mass innovation space from the perspective of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,such as straightening out the management mechanism,improving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,creating specialized space and strengthening the teaching staff.
