摘要
社会服务是高职院校和高职教师的重要工作之一,社会服务能力是衡量高职教师专业水平的重要标尺之一。但教师自身能力和服务意识不够、服务途径不畅、激励机制缺失等诸多因素,严重制约了高职教师社会服务能力的提升。该文拟从教师社会服务意识、主动性和自身能力,以及高职院校人才引进和培养机制、有效激励机制、社会服务平台搭建等方面提出建议和对策,以促进高职教师社会服务能力的打造和提升。
Social service is an important work for higher vocational colleges and higher vocational college teachers,so social service ability is one of the important standards to measure the professional level of higher vocational college teachers.However,due to the lack of teachers'own ability and service awareness,poor service channels,lack of incentive mechanism and many other factors,the improvement of higher vocational college teachers'social service ability is severely restricted.This paper intends to put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the social service awareness,initiative,and self-improvement of teachers,as well as the talent introduction and training mechanism,effective incentive mechanism,and social service platform construction of higher vocational colleges,in order to promote the creation and promotion of higher vocational college teachers'social service ability.
