高职院校“商务谈判”课程教学改革的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Reform of the"Business Negotiation"Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

“商务谈判”课程是高职院校经管类专业的重要课程之一,其本身具有很强的综合性、实践性。在以往的高职“商务谈判”教学中,教师过于看重理论教学,而忽视了对学生实践能力的培养,导致学生的实际谈判能力比较弱,影响到学生的综合发展。因此,在实际教学中,需要进一步加强高职院校“商务谈判”课程教学改革,要探索以学生为主体、理实相结合的教学体系,以此推动学生专业能力的提升。

The"Business Negotiation"courseis one of the important courses of economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges,and it has a strong comprehensive and practical nature.In the previous teaching of"Business Negotiation"in higher vocational colleges,teachers laid too much emphasis on theoretical teaching and neglected the cultivation of students'practical ability,which resulted in weaker practical negotiation ability of students and affected the comprehensive development of students.Therefore,in practice,it is necessary to further strengthen the teaching reform of the"Business Negotiation"course in higher vocational colleges,and to explore a student-based teaching system that combines theory and practice,in order to promote the improvement of students'professional capabilities.
