摘要
网络远程培训在信息技术飞速发展的今天得到了广泛运用,尤其在新课改背景下,这类教学模式得到了全面的推广,其作为混合学习中一种新型的教学模式,发挥了举足轻重的作用。与此同时,网络远程培训模式在发达地区中小学教师培训中也逐步得到推广,但偏远地区以及山区若引入此类培训模式,往往会受到诸多因素的限制,从而达不到理想效果。该文基于信息技术条件下的中小学教师网络远程培训模式进行思考,并对集网络远程培训、传统教学、集中面授、线上线下为一体的新型“混合式”培训模式进行研究。
Online distance training has been widely used in today's development of information technology.Especially in the context of the new curriculum reform,this teaching mode has been comprehensively promoted.As a new teaching mode in blended learning,it has played a pivotal role.At the same time,the online distance training model has also been gradually promoted in the training of primary and secondary school teachers in developed areas.However,if such training models are introduced in remote areas and mountainous areas,they are often restricted by many factors and cannot reach the desired effect.This paper reflects on the online distance training model of primary and secondary school teachers under the condition of information technology,and studies the new"blended"training model integrating online remote training,traditional teaching,centralized face-to-face instruction,and online and offline training.
