Research on the Dormitory Psychological Work of Students Needing Special Attention

该文选取某高校4个专业、2个年级分布在51个宿舍的285名学生作为样本,通过微交流、“道听‘宿’说”、小纸条投递、问卷调查、心理访谈等多种形式对当代大学生的宿舍人际状况进行了解。通过对重点关注学生与宿舍人际的联系案例分析、问题宿舍原因探析、和谐宿舍交往的秘诀加以研究,结果表明,积极的言语反馈在良好宿舍氛围的建设中至关重要。

This paper selected 285 students from 4 majors and 2 grades distributed in 51 dormitories as a sample,and conducted an investigationon the dormitory interpersonal relationship ofthem through various forms such as micro-communication,anonymous suggestions,questionnaire surveys,and psychological interviews.Through the analysis of the relations between students needing special attention and their dormitory interpersonal relationship,the analysis of the causes for problematic dormitories,and the research ofthe secrets of harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship,it was found that positive verbal feedback is essential in the construction of a good dormitory atmosphere.
