某型柴油机机油压力低故障机理分析

目前某型柴油机普遍存在机油压力低问题,并且在数量上有蔓延和扩散的趋势;在解决油压低问题时,是进行某些零部件的简单更换(如机冷、机滤、油泵等),并没有找到引起油压低问题的共性原因和统一的解决方法,最终解决效果往往差强人意,油压低问题仍然反复出现。导致油压低问题的原因,可能是单个系统异常,引起相关系统之间产生互相影响,最终表征出的一种综合性故障现象,解决油压低问题的难点是找出引起油压低的起始因素,同时排除其他关联系统产生的被动干扰。本次机理分析逻辑流程如下:首先从系统原理逐一分析、排查;对干扰因素运用数据统计方法进行初步判断,最终通过对比试验排除干扰因素,针对性找出油压低问题的根本原因。
