Model and Practice of Intellectual Property Information Service in Academic Libraries for Regional Innovation

[目的/意义]探讨高校图书馆支撑区域创新发展的知识产权信息服务模式,对于高校图书馆服务地方经济和产业发展具有积极意义。[方法/过程]基于区域创新主体和高校图书馆的角色定位,提出高校图书馆面向区域创新的三种知识产权信息服务模式:政府拉动型、“产-学-研”拉动型和高校图书馆驱动型,并对服务运行保障机制进行了分析。最后,结合上海海事大学图书馆的实践案例加以阐释。[结果/结论]支撑区域创新是高校图书馆拓展知识产权信息服务的有效途径,相关服务模式和实践可为有条件的高校图书馆拓展知识产权信息服务提供一定的参考和借鉴。

[Purpose/significance]It is of positive significance for academic libraries to explore the mode of intellectual property information service(IPIS)which supports regional innovation and development.[Method/process]Based on the role orientation of regional innovation subject and academic libraries,this paper puts forward three types of intellectual property information service models facing regional innovation:government-driven model,production-studyresearch model and academic library driven model,and analyzes the guarantee mechanism of service operation,which is explained by taking the practice of Shanghai Maritime University Library as an example.[Result/conclusion]Supporting regional innovation is an effective way for academic libraries to expand intellectual property information services.Relevant service models and practices can provide some references for academic libraries to expand intellectual property information services.
