摘要
[目的/意义]创客空间是一种以实现知识共享、交流合作和设计制造为特点的新型创新服务平台,当它嵌入到图书馆的业务时会极大促进图书馆的转型和重塑。本文调研和比较美国7所公共图书馆创客空间的管理模式,以期为我国提供相关启示。[方法/过程]综合采用网站调查、案例分析、文献分析方法,针对美国公共图书馆创客空间的管理模式,从服务类型、治理政策、资金来源和合作伙伴的角度,进行对比分析,比较、总结他们的具体做法。[结果/结论]结合我国公共图书馆创客空间的发展现状和问题,提出以下建议:围绕图书馆资源,构建有特色的创客空间;以用户需求为中心,策划并组织丰富的创客活动;完善治理政策,确保创客空间持续发展;开展广泛的社会合作,拓展资金来源渠道。
[Purpose/significance]Maker Space is a new innovative service platform characterized by knowledge sharing,communication and cooperation,and design and manufacturing.When embedded in the library business,it will greatly promote the transformation and reconstruction of the library.This paper investigates and compares the management modes of Maker Space in seven public libraries in the United States in order to provide relevant enlightenment for our country.[Method/process]By using methods of website survey,case study and literature analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis and summarizes their specific practices of Maker Space management modes in American public libraries from the perspectives of service type,governance policies,funds and partners.[Result/conclusion]Based on the development status and problems of Maker Space in public libraries in China,the following suggestions are put forward:building a distinctive Maker Space around library resources;planning and organizing rich maker activities centering on user needs;improving governance policies to ensure the sustainable development of Maker Space;carrying out extensive social cooperation and expanding sources of funds.
