协同发展背景下“宜春市+新余市”组合城市团发展构想 被引量:1

摘要 宜春市与新余市是浙赣线上的节点城市,在完善江西省主轴城市体系过程中发挥着重要作用,两个行政单元间存在“半包围”关系,这样的格局不利于宜春市形成一体化的城市体系。因此,需要基于前瞻性考虑在两个行政单元之间进行一体化布局,构建跨行政区划的城市体系,在“宜春市+新余市”区域内构建“元宝”形组合城市团发展构架,构建以新余市为重要节点的城市体系。在此过程中需要以新余市为节点将整个区域划分为五个子片区,即“樟树市+丰城市”子片区、“靖安县+奉新县+高安市”子片区、“铜鼓县+宜丰县+上高县”子片区、“宜春市+万载县”子片区、“新余市+分宜县+新干县+峡江县”子片区等,各子片区的核心城市分别为樟树市、高安市、上高县、宜春市、新余市,其间需要充分发挥乡镇中心地的支撑作用。 Yichun city and Xinyu city are the two nodes on the Zhegan railway,which will play more important role in the process of improving the urban system of Jiangxi province.The relationship between the two administrative area is that of“one being half surrounded by another”.This pattern is not conducive to shaping the integrative urban system for Yichun city.So it is necessary to take into account prospectively the integrative layout between Yichun city and Xinyu city,building integrative urban system across administrative division,in the area of the“Yichun city+Xinyu city”,ball-like urban group combination should be formed with Xinyu city as the important node of the city group.In the process of shaping the city group mentioned above,“Yichun city+Xinyu city”area should be divided as five sub-areas:the subarea of“Zhangshu city+Fengcheng city”,the subarea of“Jing′an county+Fengxin county+Gao′an city”;the subarea of“Tonggu county+Yifeng county+Shanggao county”;the subarea of“Yichun city+Wanzai county”,the subarea of“Xinyu city+Fenyi county+Xingan county+Xiajiang county”the core for each subarea is respectively:Zhangshu city,Gao′an city,Shanggao county,Yichun city,Xinyu city,in the process of which town-level centers should play the supporting role.
