ADRB2基因检测在妊高症患者伴发子痫患者中的临床意义分析

The clinical significance of ADRB2 gene detection in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with eclampsia

目的研究ADRB2基因检测在妊娠高血压(妊高症)伴发子痫患者中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析90例妊高症患者(观察组)和90例正常健康孕妇(对照组)临床资料,根据共识意见将妊高症分为A组(妊娠高血压,18例)、B组(轻度子痫前期,32例)、C组(重度子痫前期,27例)及D组(子痫,13例)。采用硅胶吸附法提取基因组DNA,采用TaqMan探针法检测ADRB2基因各位点SNP,比较不同分组患者SNP位点等位基因和基因型分布情况。结果观察组与对照组rs1042711和rs1042713位点等位基因和基因型分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组rs1042714位点等位基因和基因型分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组、C组及D组患者rs1042711位点和rs1042713位点等位基因和基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。rs1042714位点不同分组患者等位基因和基因型分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ADRB2基因参与妊高症的发生,rs1042714位点与妊高症子痫关系密切。

Objective To study the clinical significance of ADRB2 gene detection in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)accompanied by eclampsia.Methods The clinical dataes of 90 patients with PIH(observation group)and 90 healthy pregnant women(control group)were retrospectively analyzed.The PIH were divided into group A(pregnancy induced hypertension,18 cases),group B(mild preeclampsia,32 cases),group C(severe preeclampsia,27 cases)and group D(eclampsia,13 cases),which accorded to the consensus.The genomic DNA was extracted by silica gel adsorption and the SNP of ADRB2 gene was detected by TaqMan probe.The distribution of SNP alleles and genotypes in different groups were compared.Results There were no significant difference in allele and genotype distribution of rs1042711 and rs1042713 loci between observation group and control group(P>0.05).There were significant difference in the distribution of rs1042714 allele and genotype between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the allele and genotype distribution of rs1042711 and rs1042713 loci between group A,group B,group C and group D(P>0.05).The distribution of alleles and genotypes at rs1042714 locus in different groups of patients showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The ADRB2 gene is involved in the occurrence of PIH,the rs1042714 locus is closely related to PIH eclampsia.
