BiPAP无创呼吸机在急诊慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of BiPAP Non-invasive Ventilator in Emergency Diagnosis of COPD with TypeⅡRespiratory Failure

目的探究BiPAP无创呼吸机在慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:收集本医院在2017年8月到2019年6月时间段收治的114例慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,要求一般资料近似,并根据治疗方法的不同分为常规护理组和无创呼吸组,两组患者人数均为57例。其中前者所采取的护理方法为鼻导管吸氧,并结合常规护理,而后者则在应用BiPAP无创呼吸机通气的同时采取综合护理。对比两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能、血气分析指标及焦虑和抑郁情绪评分。结果:无创呼吸组患者的总有效率、肺功能情况、血气分析指标及焦虑和抑郁评分优于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BiPAP无创呼吸机在慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者中的应用效果优秀,可以在改善患者的肺功能与血气分析指标的同时缓解抑郁情绪,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of BiPAP non-invasive ventilator in COPD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods The clinical data of 114 patients with COPD complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were collected.The general information was required to be similar and divided into routine care groups according to different treatment methods.In the non-invasive breathing group,the number of patients in both groups was 57.The former adopted a nasal cannula for oxygen and combined with conventional nursing,while the latter adopted comprehensive nursing while applying BiPAP non-invasive ventilator ventilation.The clinical effect,lung function,blood gas analysis index,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis index,anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the noninvasive breathing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP non-invasive ventilator has excellent effect in patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure.It can improve the pulmonary function and blood gas analysis index of patients and relieve depression,which is worth popularizing.
