修裱胶粘剂在纸质档案袋密封中的作用研究

传统胶粘剂在密封档案袋时存在腐蚀字迹的情况,研究一种以淀粉作为原材料的修裱胶粘剂并分析其在纸质档案袋密封中的作用。通过分析淀粉类修裱胶粘剂的胶化性质及耐久性,发现淀粉与纸质材料类似,都是高分子化合物且具有相同的羟基,制成淀粉类修裱胶粘剂能够很好的粘连纸质档案袋,且具有良好的可逆性和结合力。通过对比不同淀粉类修裱胶粘剂性能,发现小麦淀粉制备的修裱胶粘剂具有良好的胶化性质和耐久性,且成本低廉,适合广泛推广使用。将淀粉类修裱胶粘剂实际应用在纸质档案袋密封中,能够发挥良好的粘接、胶连、填料和桥连作用,能够快速形成结晶区并对纸质档案袋起到缓冲和保护的作用。

Traditional adhesives have corroded writing when sealing archives.A repair adhesive is studied with starch as raw material and its role is analyzed in the sealing of paper archives.By analyzing the gelation properties and durability of starch-based repair adhesives,it is found that starch is similar to paper materials,both are high-molecular compounds and have the same hydroxyl group,making starch-based repair adhesives can bond paper archives well,and has good reversibility and binding force.By comparing the performance of different starch repair adhesives,it is found that the repair adhesive prepared by wheat starch has good gelation properties and durability,and the cost is low,so it is suitable for widespread use.The application of starch-based repair adhesive in the sealing of paper file bags can play a good role in bonding,bonding,filling and bridging,can quickly form a crystalline area and play a role in buffering and protecting paper file bags.
