摘要
设计了一种开关柜机构二次回路故障快速定位装置,该装置与开关的航空插头采用插拔的方式,经装置选择相应开关柜厂家、型号,利用测电阻的原理来采集开关在不同状态下的机构内部各对节点和回路的电阻,由控制单元按照预定的判断逻辑对采集的信息进行处理,快速判断出开关的故障点。该装置可快速、准确定位开关柜机构二次回路故障,大大缩小了电力抢修、日常消缺的工作时间。
Afast positioning device for the secondary circuit fault of the switch cabinet mechanism was designed.The device and the switch′s aviation plug were plugged and unplugged.After selecting the corresponding switch cabinet manufacturer and model through the device,the principle of resistance measurement was used to collect the switch in different states.The resistance of the nodes and loops in the mechanism was processed by the control unit according to the predetermined judgment logic to quickly determine the fault point of the switch.The device could quickly and accurately locate the secondary circuit fault of the switch cabinet mechanism,greatly reducing the working time of power emergency repair and daily defect elimination.
