摘要
某核电站一期工程厂用电中压系统大量采用了ABB公司生产的ZS1型开关柜,此型号的开关柜在电缆出线间隔的柜门设置了机械闭锁。由于该闭锁与实际测量下游负荷绝缘的操作步骤存在冲突,因此采用传统的解锁方法导致在操作中机械闭锁弹簧舌片未能完全解除,闭锁舌片频繁受力,引发了位置指示器划伤、偏移、损坏,闭锁舌片变形,闭锁弹片卡涩,闭锁失效等问题。对电缆出线间隔的结构及闭锁机构的工作原理进行了研究,研制并成功应用了ZS1型开关柜电缆柜门机械闭锁解除工具,该工具的成功应用解决了开关柜设计与应用的矛盾,降低了接地开关间隔的故障率。
A large number of ZS1 switchgears produced by ABB were used in the electric medium voltage system of the first-stage engineering plant of a nuclear power plant.This type of switchgear was equipped with a mechanical lock on the door of the cabinet between the cable outlets.Due to the conflict between the locking and the actual measurement of the downstream load insulation,the traditional unlocking method leads to the failure of the mechanical locking spring tongue to be completely released during the operation,and the locking tongue is subject to frequent force,resulting in the position indicator scratch,deviation,damage,deformation of the locking tongue,jamming of the locking spring,locking failure and other problems.The structure of the cable outlet interval and the working principle of the locking mechanism were studied.The ZS1 type switch cabinet cable cabinet door mechanical lock release tool was developed and successfully applied.The successful application of the tool solved the contradiction between the design and application of the switch cabinet and reduced the failure rate of the grounding switch interval.
