摘要
为了提高我国工程项目管理中进度管理的效率,使其能够更好地适应工程项目建设需要,因此将BIM可视化技术应用于工程项目进度管理中。立足于BIM可视化进度管理相关概念与特点,对传统进度管理与BIM可视进度管理进行对比分析,指出传统进度管理的不足,归纳了BIM可视化进度管理优越性,从采用BIM可视化工程进度管理的主要方法、基本框架、管理流程等方面对BIM的可视化建设工程进度管理优化进行探讨。采用BIM可视化工程进度管理不仅可以将信息、参与人员以及施工过程集成在一起,而且还可以通过BIM建模、4D模拟等形式来处理传统进度管理模式以上各方面的不足,具有显著的优越性,为BIM可视化在工程管理应用中提供经验借鉴与理论指导。
In order to improve the efficiency of schedule management in China’s project management,BIM visualization technology is applied to project schedule management.So that the project schedule management can better adapt to the needs of project construction.Based on the related concepts and characteristics of BIM visual progress management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of traditional progress management and BIM visual progress management,points out the shortcomings of traditional progress management,sums up the advantages of BIM visual progress management,and finally analyzes BIM visual progress management from the main methods,basic framework,management process.Visual construction project schedule management optimization is discussed.Using BIM visualization project schedule management can integrate information,participants,and construction process together,and can also deal with the shortcomings of traditional schedule management mode in the form of BIM modeling,4D simulation,which has significant advantages,so as to provide experience and theoretical guidance for BIM visualization in project management application.
