摘要
在无水乙醇中以丙酮酸和3-甲氧基苯甲酰肼为原料,通过缩合反应合成丙酮酸-3-甲氧基苯甲酰腙(PMBH)。以自制PMBH为配体,使用传统溶液法在水-乙醇混合溶剂中分别与稀土金属离子Ho^3+和Dy^3+自组装,得到两种结构新颖的配合物:[Ho(PMBH)3][Ho′(PMBH)3](1,Ho(Ⅲ))和[Dy(PMBH)3][Dy′(PMBH)3]·2CH3OH·H2O(2,Dy(Ⅲ))。采用元素分析、X-射线粉末衍射、X-射线单晶衍射、红外光谱、热重分析等手段对配合物1和2的结构和性质进行表征,采用菌落直径法研究了配合物1和2及其自由配体PMBH对腐皮镰刀真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,配体PMBH及其配合物1和2对腐皮镰刀真菌的生长都具有抑制作用,且配合物1和2对腐皮镰刀真菌的抑制作用较配体PMBH更强。
A novel hydrazone ligand pyruvate-3-methoxy benzoyl hydrazone(PMBH)has been synthesized from pyruvic acid and 3-methoxybenzhydrazide in anhydrous alcohol.The conventional solution reaction of PMBH with rare earth ions(RE 3+=Ho 3+and Dy 3+)in water-ethanol solvent was carried out to generate two novel complexes:[Ho(PMBH)3][Ho′(PMBH)3](1)and[Dy(PMBH)3][Dy′(PMBH)3]·2CH 3 OH·H 2 O(2).The structures and properties of the two complexes were investigated by means of elemental analysis,X-ray powder diffraction(XRPD),X-ray single-crystal diffraction,fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The antibacterial activities of PMBH ligand and its complex 1 and 2 against Fusarium solani were investigated by colony diameter method.The results showed that they all demonstrated antibacterial activities against Fusarium solani,and complex 1 and 2 have much stronger antibacterial activities than that of the PMBH ligand.
