机体保护多肽157对实验动物神经、心血管及呼吸系统的影响 被引量:1

Effects of body protection compound 157 on the nervous,cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the experimental animals

摘要 在前期合成和初步研究促进伤口及骨折愈合候选药物机体保护多肽157(body protection compound 157,BPC157)的基础上,探索不同剂量BPC157肌内注射给药对小鼠中枢神经系统、比格犬心血管系统和呼吸系统的影响。结果发现:BPC157给药对正常小鼠的自主活动能力和运动协调能力无明显影响,且与戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量无协同作用;肌内注射BPC157对麻醉比格犬的心率和血压无显著影响,对比格犬的心电图TH、ST、QRS、PR、QT、QTcB等指标无显著延长,对比格犬呼吸频率和呼吸幅度无明显作用。研究结果表明,BPC157对动物的中枢神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统功能均没有产生明显影响,为BPC157的进一步临床应用提供了安全保障。 Based on the previous study of synthesis and function research of body protection compound 157(BPC157),a candidate drug for wound and fracture healing,the effects of intramuscular injected BPC157 on mice central nervous system,beagle cardiovascular and respiratory systems were explored.It was found that the administration of BPC157 had no significant influence on the autonomic activity and motor coordination ability of mice,demonstrated no synergistic effect with the subthreshold hypnotic dose of pentobarbital sodium.BPC157 injection also did not affect the heart rate and blood pressure of anesthetized beagles,showed no significant prolongation for TH,ST,QRS,PR,QT and QTc in ECG,and did not change the respiratory rate and respiratory amplitude of beagles.Our finding indicated that BPC157 had no significant effect on the central nervous system,respiratory system and cardiovascular system function of the studied animals,which ensured the safety for the further clinical application of BPC157.
