摘要
本文阐述了领导力在证据临床转化中的功能、作用和意义,重点分析变革型领导力理论、权变领导理论、综合性激励理论,介绍变革、权变、激励的理论基础,并通过成功案例的分析,进一步印证了领导力在证据临床转化中发挥的指导作用。
This article address the function and impact of leadership on knowledge translation and evidence implementation. It focuses on the analysis of transformational leadership theory, contingency leadership theory and comprehensive incentive theory, and expounds the theoretical basis of reform, contingency and incentive. Through the analysis of successful cases.This paper expounds the guiding role of leadership in the clinical transformation of evidence.
