思政课教师“人格要正”的养成之道

Cultivation Way of Righteous Moral Character of Ideological and Political Teachers

习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对思政课教师提出政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正六点要求。其中人格要正主要表现为思政课教师对学生的吸引力和感染力。考诸字源“正”的含义,主要有至善、中和、正直、榜样等含义。思政课教师要养成“正人格”,就要培养职业认同感,树立崇高的理想信念,练就过硬的专业本领,坚定文化自信。

In a meeting with ideological and political theory teachers,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward six requirements to them,which should be strong in politics,profound in feelings,rich in mind,broad in vision,strict in self-discipline and righteous in moral character.A manifestation of righteous moral character should be teachers attraction and influence to the students.From the perspective of the word origin,“Zheng”could be viewed as not only uprightness and honesty,but also neutralization and model.Cultivating righteous moral character for ideological and political teachers means fostering professional identity,setting up lofty ideals and beliefs,developing excellent professional skills as well as strengthening cultural confidence.
