大学生就业现状及路径研究——以机械工程学院2019届毕业生为例

Research on Current Situation and Path of College Students Employment--Taking 2019 Graduates of Mechanical Engineering School as an Example

大学生就业问题一直是社会关注的热点问题。随着高等教育普及化,我国大学毕业生的数量逐年增加。在这种情形下,大学生“就业难”的问题逐渐凸显出来。高校毕业生的就业工作不仅影响着经济发展和社会稳定,而且对我国在世界人才竞争中占据优势具有重要意义。以天津工业大学机械工程学院2019届毕业生就业情况为例,分析大学生就业现状及存在的问题,探索高校在新形势下做好大学生就业指导工作的有效途径。

The employment problem of college students has always been a hot issue in society.With the continuous popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates in China has increased year by year.Under such circumstances,the problem of“difficult employment”among college students has gradually become apparent.The employment of college graduates can not only affect national economic and social stability,but also have great significance for establishing China s talent advantage in the world competition.This article takes the employment situation of the graduates of Mechanical Engineering School of Tianjin Polytechnic University in 2019 as an example,analyzes the current situation of college students employment and the existing problems and explores effective ways for colleges and universities to do a good job of employment guidance under the new situation.
