摘要
目前很多应用型本科院校培养出来的国际商务谈判人员在思想政治素质和业务能力上无法满足企业的实际需求。主要原因是:一方面,这些院校的专业课教学重专业知识传授,轻思想政治教育;另一方面,这些院校大部分是由普通本科院校转型而来,国际商务谈判课程教学理论性强、实践性弱,导致毕业生缺乏实践谈判能力。因此,应用型本科院校的国际商务谈判课程教学改革势在必行。“课程思政”是在大学课程教学中融入思想政治教育,实现专业知识讲授与价值引领的有机统一,达到专业课程协同育人的作用。为提高学生的思想政治素质和业务能力,满足企业需求,从“课程思政”和提高学生谈判实践能力入手,在教学内容上增加思想政治教育并完善实践教学,在运行保障上加强教学管理制度和师资队伍建设,在考核评价上保证内容全面化和方式多样化,以重构国际商务谈判课程体系。
Now,the political quality and professional quality of the international business negotiators graduating from application-oriented universities cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprises.The reasons are as follows:the international business negotiation course of these universities puts more time and energy on professional theoretical knowledge instead of political theories and professional practice.Therefore,it is necessary to make reform and innovation in the international business negotiation course.“Curriculum ideological and political education”is to integrate ideological and political education into university curriculum teaching,realize the organic unity of professional knowledge teaching and value guidance,and achieve the collaborative education of professional courses.From the perspective of teaching ideological and political theories in professional courses,and improving negotiation practical ability of students,this paper rebuilds the international business negotiation course system in the aspects of teaching content,operation and evaluation.It adds ideological and political theories teaching and perfects practical teaching into teaching content.It strengthens the construction of teaching management system and teaching staff.It makes the teaching evaluation complete in content and various in form.
