基于学前教育政策演变的家长教育发展趋势分析

Analysis on Development Tendency of Parental Education Based on Evolution of Preschool Education Policy

为使广大家长全面、客观、正确地认识了解家长教育,应基于学前教育政策演变来分析家长教育的发展趋势。主要从政策类型、内容来分析,将家长教育相关政策发展分为四个阶段:明确家长教育子女的权利和义务;强调传播家长教育知识和方法;重视更新家长教育观念;加强家长教育指导工作支持力度。前三个阶段政策侧重点在于促进学习者(家长)发展,第四个阶段则是为支持学习者(家长)发展而采取的具体措施。

In order to make parents understand parents education comprehensively,objectively and correctly,this paper will analyze the development trend of parents education based on the evolution of preschool education policy.Mainly from the analysis of policy types and contents,the development of parent education related policies is divided into four stages:to clarify the rights and obligations of parents to educate their children;to emphasize the dissemination of parent education knowledge and methods;to attach importance to updating the concept of parent education;to strengthen the support of parent education guidance.The first three stages of policy development focus on promoting the development of learners(parents).The fourth stage is the concrete measures taken to support the development of learners(parents).
