翻压绿肥对土壤微生物性状影响的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 绿肥是国内农作物种植制度中重要的轮作倒茬作物,也是养分较为全面的优质生物肥源之一,施用绿肥可改变土壤化学及生物学性状,并对作物生长产生影响;土壤微生物性状作为土壤肥力评价的重要指标,对维持生态系统可持续发展具有重要作用。为绿肥有效利用及环境友好型可持续农业发展奠定基础,从土壤微生物量、微生物群落结构及多样性和酶活性等方面对翻压绿肥对土壤微生物性状影响的研究进展进行概述,并展望了未来的研究方向。 Green manure is an important rotation crop in domestic crop planting system,and it is also one of excellent biological fertilizer sources with more comprehensive nutrient.Applying green manure can change soil chemical and biological characters,and affects crop growth.As an important evaluation index of soil fertility,soil microbial properties play an important role in maintaining sustainable development of ecosystem.In order to lay the foundation for effective application of green manure and development of environmentally friendly sustainable agriculture,the research progress on the effect of green manure application on soil microbial biomass,soil microbial community structure and diversity and soil enzyme activity is reviewed and the future research direction is prospected.
