摘要
为确诊贵州省三穗县某鸭场62日龄花边鸭发病原因,通过临床症状观察及对采集的10只病鸭进行病理剖检、细菌分离鉴定和病毒PCR/RT-PCR检测。结果表明:分离到4株鸭疫里默氏杆菌,对头孢类药物高度敏感,对大环内酯类和氨基糖苷类药物耐药;病毒特异性引物扩增出鸭坦布苏病毒和鸭圆环病毒条带。该鸭场病鸭由鸭坦布苏病毒、鸭圆环病毒和鸭疫里默氏杆菌混合感染所致。
In order to confirm the outbreak cause of 62-day-age lace ducks in a duck farm at Sansui County in Guizhou,observation of clinical symptoms and pathological examination,bacterial isolation and identification,viral PCR/RT-PCR detection of 10 sick ducks were conducted.Results:Four strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated,which were highly sensitive to cephalosporins,and resistant to macrolides and aminoglycosides;The virus-specific primers were employed to amplify the duck Tembusu virus and duck circovirus bands.The diseased duck was caused by the mixed infection of duck Tembusu virus,duck circovirus and R.anatipestifer.
