聚六亚甲基双胍对金鱼嗜水气单胞菌的杀灭及金鱼细菌性疾病的治疗效果 被引量:2

摘要 为治疗金鱼春秋季爆发的细菌性疾病提供参考,进行聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)对金鱼嗜水气单胞菌的杀灭试验、对金鱼的急性毒性试验和对金鱼细菌性疾病的治疗试验。结果表明:PHMB浓度为0.01 mg/L、0.05 mg/L和0.40 mg/L时对嗜水气单胞菌的杀菌率分别为73.85%、99.00%和100%,对金鱼24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的LC 50分别是0.97 mg/L、0.90 mg/L、0.71 mg/L和0.59 mg/L,安全浓度为0.06 mg/L;PHMB浓度为0.05 mg/L和0.1 mg/L时,在3 d内池塘细菌总量分别降至起始值的6.15%和1.15%,死鱼率降至0.04%和0.02%。0.05 mg/L PHMB能有效防治金鱼嗜水气单胞菌引起的细菌性疾病。 In order to provide references for the treatment of bacterial disease outbreak of goldfish in spring and autumn,the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMB)killing test on goldfish Aeromonas hydrophila,acute toxicity test on goldfish and treatment test on goldfish bacterial diseases were conducted.Results:When PHMB concentration was 0.01 mg/L,0.05 mg/L and 0.40 mg/L,the sterilization rate were 73.85%,99.00%and 100%respectively.The 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h LC 50 were 0.97 mg/L,0.90 mg/L,0.71 mg/L,0.59 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration was 0.06 mg/L.The therapeutic effect showed that the total amount of bacteria in ponds had declined to 6.15%and 1.15%,and dead fish rate had declined to 0.04%and 0.02%,compared with starting value respectively,at the PHMB concentration of 0.05 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L,in 3 days.Results indicated that 0.05 mg/L PHMB can effectively control the bacterial disease of goldfish caused by A.hydrophila.
