摘要
人才培养、科学研究、社会服务是高等教育的三大职能,教学服务型大学是从大学职能角度提出的一种高校发展类型,其强化了为社会经济发展服务的思想,为地方本科院校完善社会服务职能、优化发展路径提供了重要的参考依据。当前,地方本科院校社会服务职能的发挥存在着对社会服务认识偏差、人才培养与需求不符、社会服务内容单一、科技服务层次较低、学校开放性不足等问题。因此,地方本科院校应通过提高应用型人才培养质量、加强校地良性互动、加强学校顶层设计等措施积极创建教学服务型大学,以促进地方本科院校社会服务职能的充分发挥。
Personnel training,scientific research and social services are the three major functions of higher education. The teaching service-oriented university is a type of university development proposed from the perspective of a functional university. It strengthens the idea of serving social and economic development,as well as provides an important reference basis for local colleges to improve a social service function and optimize the development path. At present,there are some problems in the development of the social functions of local colleges,such as the diversity of understanding of social services,the inconsistency between talent training and demand,the single content of social services,the low level of scientific and technological services,and the lack of openness of colleges. Therefore,local colleges should actively create a teaching service-oriented university by improving the quality of application-oriented personnel training,strengthening the benign interaction between the colleges and local development,and strengthening the top-level design of the university. The result should promote the full play of the social service function of local colleges and universities.
