基于“经济人”假设的高校教师社会兼职的表征及制度规范 被引量:6

The Representation and Institutional Norm of Social Part-time Job of University Teachers Based on an “Economic Man” Hypothesis

摘要 根据"经济人"假设理论,高校教师社会兼职是基于自利的基础上追求利益最大化的行为,具有自利性、有限理性、利他性和知识性等经济特征。教师社会兼职既可以产生满足教师合理经济诉求、促进知识价值增值、扩大学术影响及优化人才培养方式等积极影响,又存在着盲从市场导向、弱化知识理性和忽视责任需求等负面问题。高校需要对教师社会兼职活动加以薪酬管理、社会兼职分类管理与诚信监管等制度性的约束,引导并保障其合理有序地开展。 According to the"economic man"hypothesis,the social part-time job of university teachers is the behavior of pursuing the maximization of interests on the basis of self-interest. It has the economics characteristics of self-interest,bounded rationality,altruism and knowledge. Teachers’ social part-time jobs can not only have positive effects on satisfying teachers’ reasonable economic demands,promoting knowledge value appreciation,expanding academic influence and optimizing talent training methods,but also have negative problems such as blindly following market orientation. Additionally,there is a weakening knowledge rationality and ignoring of responsibility demands. Colleges and universities need to impose systematic constraints on teachers’ social parttime activities,such as salary management,classified management and credit supervision,and guide and guarantee their reasonable and orderly development.
