MATLAB用于木拱廊桥构件缺陷的图像检测

摘要 基于MATLAB数字图像的原理和方法,对木拱廊桥构件的表面缺陷图像进行增强,内部应力波图像进行区域分离及面积计算,研究不同柱身缺陷的纹理特征对应力波图像的影响。结果表明,MATLAB对木构件表面缺陷及内部应力波图像处理效果较好。根据分离区域面积分析及应力波图像纹理特征计算结果,像素面积及熵值等可作为应力波图像分析的重要评价指标。 By applying the principle of the MATLAB digital imaging technique,the images of surface defects on wood arch bridge components were enhanced,and the internal stress wave images were segregated and the defect areas were calculated.The effects of textural feature of defective pillars on the stress wave images were evaluated.The results showed that MATLAB software performed effectively on detecting the surface defects and analyzing internal stress wave images of the wood members.Based on area analysis of segregated areas and textural feature calculations of stress wave images,the pixel area and entropy value are proposed to be used as primary evaluation indexes for stress wave image analysis.
