离心氧压机氧气安全泄放管线计算方法探讨

摘要 研究离心氧压机氧气安全泄放管线计算方法的目的是为了确保在最大泄放量的事故状态下,氧气能够快速泄放到室外,从而保护设备和系统的安全。将以实际项目为案例,参照国内相关标准规范,系统地介绍计算原则,并以计算实例介绍计算方法。得出的研究成果,尤其是计算思路和方法,适用于可视为理想气体的实际气体泄放管线计算。 In this article,the calculation of oxygen release pipeline for centrifugal oxygen compressor was studied so as to ensure oxygen can be fast released to outside safe location in case of fault occurrence and to protect equipment and system.With practical instance and relevant standards at home and abroad,the calculation principles were introduced systematically.The result from the studying,especially the method and procedure of the calculation,can be applicable to the pipeline for releasing actual gas which may be treated as ideal gas.
