摘要 根据原料药生产车间加氢反应的工艺技术特点及安全法规要求,对加氢反应釜自控设计方面的DCS系统、SIS系统等问题进行了探讨。研究了原料药加氢反应釜的自控需求,有针对性地提出了DCS系统和SIS系统的自控设计方案。并附上具体的自控原理图举例说明。 Based on the technical features of hydrogenating reaction process in API workshop and safety requirements in codes,the issues in the design of automatic control for hydrogenating reaction,such as those for DCS system and SIS system,were discussed.The requirements in automatic control for API hydrogenating reactor were studied.The scheme of automatic control for DCS system and SIS system was presented,which was explained with the example of principle diagram for automatic control.
