摘要
将MES系统应用于特殊医学用途配方食品制造行业,实现产品从原材料到成品整个流程的智能制造。通过SCADA系统实时数据采集,实施MES/ERP系统集成以及关键控制点的解决方案,打造国内首条特殊医学用途配方食品智能生产线。实施效果分析表明,MES系统能够通过电子批记录来规范和指导车间标准化作业,并实现产品生产过程全周期追溯。相比传统生产模式,MES系统智能制造模式生产效率提升26.5%,不良品率降低33.3%,有望在特殊医学用途配方食品制造行业复制推广。
The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is applied to Food for Special Medical Purposes(FSMP)manufacturing industry so as to realize intelligent manufacturing of finished products from raw materials.Through the real-time data acquired from SCADA system,MES/ERP system integration and critical control point solutions were implemented,from which the first intelligent production line of FSMP was built in China.It was shown from the effect analysis of implementation that use of MES system the workshop standardized operation can be standardized and guided by using electronic batch record,and the full cycle traceability for production process was realized.Compared with the traditional production mode,by using MES intelligent manufacturing mode the production efficiency can be enhanced by 26.5%and the rate of defective products be reduced by 33.3%,which is expected to be replicated and promoted in FSMP manufacturing industry.
