渔业服务业统计范畴与产值核算——基于山东省的调查

Statistical category and output value accounting of fishery service industry--based on the survey in Shandong Province

渔业是我国经济发展中不可或缺的重要部分,随着社会经济、科技与生产力水平的逐步提高,传统渔业经济中衍生出许多渔业相关产业即渔业服务业,极大促进了渔业产业体系建设以及社会经济增长。现有研究关于渔业服务业概念、统计范畴缺乏明确界定。本文分别从第一产业层面、狭义第三产业层面以及广义第三产业层面界定渔业服务业概念,基于三层面下渔业服务业概念以及国民经济行业分类划分渔业服务业统计范畴,构建渔业服务业统计指标体系以及产值核算方法,对山东省展开实地调查,核算山东省渔业服务业产值。

Fishery is an indispensable and important part in China’s economic development. With the gradual improvement of social economy, science, technology and productivity, many industries related fishery, namely fishery service industry, have been derived from the traditional fishery economy, which greatly promotes the construction of fishery industry system and social and economic growth. Current studies lack a clear definition of the concept and statistical scope of fishery service industry. This article defines the concept of fishery service industry from the first industry level, the third industry level in the narrow sense and the third industry level in the broad sense. Based on the concept of fishery service industry in the three levels and the classification of national economic industry, this paper divides the statistical category of fishery service industry, constructs the statistical index system of fishery service industry and the accounting method of output value, and carries out field investigation and accounting of fishery service industry in Shandong Province Business output value.
