中国海岛县旅游效率与经济增长耦合协调的实证研究

An empirical study on the coupling and coordination of tourism efficiency and economic growth in island counties of China

旅游经济是中国海岛县经济发展的重要推动力,实现旅游效率提升,推进旅游产业与经济增长协调发展对于海岛县实现经济长期平稳增长具有重要意义。本文借助2010-2017年面板数据,运用DEA模型和熵值法分别对中国12个海岛县旅游效率和经济增长水平进行测算,并通过耦合协调度模型对旅游效率和经济增长的耦合协调关系进行分析。结果发现:中国海岛县旅游效率呈波动变化趋势,且多数海岛县仍未达到DEA有效水平,规模效率是造成海岛县旅游综合效率低的主要原因;海岛县经济增长指数呈逐年递增趋势,但整体水平较低且空间差距不断拉大,社会发展水平滞后是造成经济增长整体水平较低的主要原因;海岛县旅游效率与经济增长耦合关系与协调关系不断改善,但仍以低水平耦合和失调型为主。

Since tourism economy is an important driving force for the economic development of island counties in China, it is important to improve their tourism efficiency and promote the coordinated development of tourism industry and economic growth for the need of long-term development. Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2017, this paper uses DEA model and entropy method to measure the tourism efficiency and economic growth level of 12 island counties in China, and it analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between tourism efficiency and economic growth through the coupling coordination model. The results show that the tourism efficiency fluctuates during the research period. Most counties have not achieved DEA efficiency level, and scale efficiency is the main reason for the low comprehensive efficiency of tourism. The economic growth index of island counties is increasing, but the overall level is still low and the spatial gap is widening. The coupling degree and coordination degree of tourism efficiency and economic growth in island counties have been improved continuously, but in most counties the low-level coupling and imbalance still exists.
