摘要
人才培养质量问题是制约高校学历继续教育健康发展的基础性和根本性问题。强调成果导向、学生中心和持续改进的OBE理论对于高校学历继续教育人才培养质量的提升具有很强的适应性和可行性。OBE教学理论可以重构高校成人学历教育的人才培养目标、毕业标准和专业培养标准、教学过程及评价体系。但OBE教学理论的实施需要教师和管理者更多的投入和改变,其实施效果有待进一步的研究。
The quality of talents training is the basic and fundamental problem for the development of continuing education in colleges and universities. The OBE theory, which emphasizes achievement oriented, student-centered and continuous improvement, has a strong adaptability and feasibility for the improvement of the quality of talents training of continuing education in colleges and universities. The OBE teaching theory can reconstruct the talent training objectives, graduation standards and professional training standards, teaching process and evaluation system of adult education. However, the implementation of OBE teaching theory needs more investment and change from teachers and managers, and its implementation effect needs further research.
