摘要
共建共治共享社会治理格局与社区教育在目标达成、价值追求、运行机制等方面具有高度的契合性。在新的社会治理格局下,社区教育具有社区参与、公民意识培养、社会资本培育、资源整合、社会组织能力提升等功能。为充分发挥在新社会治理格局下的功能,社区教育的育人目标、管理体制、推动力量和资源整合等也亟须从传统转向现代治理体系下的发展方式。
The pattern of co-constructed, governed and shared social governance is highly consistent with community education in the aspects of goal achievement, value pursuit and operation mechanism, etc. Under the new social governance pattern, community education has the functions of community participation, cultivation of civic awareness, social capital cultivation, resource integration and ability improvement of social organization. In order to play a full function of the community education under the new social governance pattern, it is necessary to change the development mode of the educational objectives, management system, driving force and resource integration from the traditional to the modern governance system.
