社区教育是我国构建终身教育体系的重要环节,也是加快建设学习型社会的主要途径。地方高校参与社区教育发展,不仅是社会发展的必然要求,而且有利于社区教育发展的专业化,同时也有利于地方高校自身的发展。地方高校必须形成参与社区教育发展的大思路,即确立开放共享的参与意识,形成协同合作的共赢局面,发挥优势创新多元参与模式,全面提供教育资源和制度支撑,理顺地方高校参与社区教育的运行机制。

Community education is an important link of building a lifelong education system in China, as well as a main way of speeding up to build a learning society. Local colleges and universities participating in community education and development is not only the necessary requirement of social development, which facilitates specialization of community education and development, but also facilitates self-development of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities must form a big idea of participating in the development of community education, that is, to establish an open and shared sense of participation, to form a win-win situation of cooperation, to give full play to the advantages of diversified participation mode, to comprehensively provide the guarantee of educational resources and system support, and to clearly straighten out the operation mechanism of local colleges and universities participating in community education.
