新型职业农民职业教育与培训意愿提升机制研究 被引量:14

摘要 大力培育具有适应农业现代化发展需要的新型职业农民是实现农业供给侧结构性改革、实施乡村振兴战略的关键基础。通过对新型职业农民参加职业教育与培训意愿的实证调研,得出年龄、培训经历、政策感知、农业对职业农民素质要求认知以及职业认同等变量对新型职业农民参与职业教育和培训意愿具有统计学意义。基于此,提出通过强化支持政策宣传贯彻,落实落细乡村振兴战略;加快职业教育供给侧改革,增强新型职业农民职业教育获得感;发挥典型示范引领,提升新型职业农民职业认同感等建议,激发新型职业农民主动参加育训结合的内生动力,提升其适应现代农业发展需要的职业能力,从而促进其职业化发展。 Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers to meet the needs of agricultural modernization is the key basis for realizing agricultural supply-side structural reform and implementing rural revitalization strategy. Through the empirical investigation of the willingness of new professional farmers to participate in vocational education, it is concluded that the variables such as age, training experience, policy perception, agricultural cognition of the quality requirements and professional identity have statistical significance on the willingness of new professional farmers to participate in vocational education and training. Based on this, it is suggested that the strategy of rural revitalization should be implemented by strengthening the propaganda of support policies. It is necessary to speed up the supply-side reform of vocational education, enhance the sense of acquisition of vocational education of new vocational farmers, give full play to typical demonstration guidance, enhance the vocational identity of new vocational farmers, stimulate the endogenous motivation of the combination of active participation and training of new professional farmers, and enhance their vocational ability to meet the needs of modern agricultural development, so as to promote their professional development.
